Cascade Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center is a busy Specialty Clinic with locations in both Hood River and The Dalles. The position is based primarily in our clinic in Hood River and is full time, up to 40 hours a week. The position does require work in our clinic in The Dalles as well. We require professional experience within a similar role and a high level of customer service within a Medical office setting. Your experience could come from reception work, medical billing, collections, referrals or medical records. We are a team with the drive to ensure our patients receive great care and excellent service. We are currently offering a sign on bonus!

Job Duties:

• Greeting patient's
• Scheduling
• Insurance management
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Incoming and outgoing faxing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
